As delivery costs are dependant on size and weight, for very large orders we may need to advise of additional charges.

We currently do not ship outside of the U.K. Thank you for your understanding.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION

Delivery times are calculated from date of dispatch. You will receive an email or text message to let you know when your item has been dispatched and it will contain your tracking info.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order but at busy times this could be longer. Please help us by placing all orders in good time when planning your event.

Standard Delivery and Express Delivery options are sent on Royal Mail tracked services and you will receive updates on your parcels journey from them. Please make sure you enter correct email and/or mobile numbers to receive these updates.

Standard Delivery and Express Delivery times are given as a guide only and we cannot guarantee a specific date when your parcel will be delivered.

If your order is urgent we advise that you please select our Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery option as these are the only options with a guaranteed delivery time.

We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays. If you place an order on a Friday after 11am, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the following Monday. If you place an order on a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If ordered by 11am. You will receive your order on the next working day (Monday-Friday). This option is sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and you will receive updates on your parcels journey from them. Please make sure you enter correct email and/or mobile numbers to receive these updates

If you place your order after 11am this will be processed the next working day so you will receive the delivery the day after that.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

If available, Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout. Saturday Delivery orders are delivered between 8.30am & 5.30pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday Delivery orders must be received by 11am on the Friday before delivery is required.

From time to time this delivery option may be unavailable and will not be available to select at checkout.

As the cost is dependant on size and weight, for very large orders we may need to advise of additional charges.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order so we offer a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we operate a 30-day return policy from receipt of the item. Please make sure the goods are returned to us unused and in their original unopened packaging.

Any damaged or incorrectly delivered items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to offer an exchange, credit, or full refund (less packaging and delivery costs) to the original payment method.

Postage and packaging costs are not refundable. We will make refunds back to the original method of payment. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving your returns parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: That we will cannot accept returns sale items and items that have been ordered in specially are also non-refundable. Items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts are also not eligible for a refund.

Should you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@thepartypost.co.uk ASAP including the following information:

  • Customer name
  • Customer address
  • Contact telephone number / email address
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return


Once we have received these details, we will then process your return and supply you with return details. 
For sending items of value, we recommend that you consider using a trackable courier or postal service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For smaller items, please obtain a certificate of posting as proof in the unlikely event the item is not delivered. (Proof of postage is free of charge from the post office).

COVID-19

Please note that due to current Coronavirus pandemic, delivery and shipping times may be affected.

Orders are being dispatched within 24hrs of you placing them but this may increase during busy periods, so if your order is urgent, please choose the Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery option. These are the only options that have a guaranteed delivery time. These options are sent via the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and are still being delivered on-time at the moment.

If you’re planning a celebration please do keep in mind that with all the other delivery options, orders may take a little longer to arrive and timings aren't guaranteed

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for postage if orders arrive outside of the normal expected time frame (unless you choose Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery) as this is something which is completely out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
